Independent Living (IL) – blends the benefits of maintenance-free housing and access to nearby medical support with the privacy of living in your own home.
Assisted Living (ALF) – provides help for daily tasks that have become difficult. These may include dressing, bathing, dining and using the restroom.
Residential Care Facility- (RCF) Meals are prepared and Meds are given. Daily reminders for Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)
Intermediate Care (ICF) – 24-hour nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse and physician which includes assistance with eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, transferring and walking.
Skilled Care (SNF) – 24-hour skilled nursing care performed by or under the supervision of a registered nurse and licensed physician for those who need around-the-clock observation and management of IV’s, ventilators, and tracheotomies, or other nursing functions that require specialized skill.
Respite Care – Short-term nursing care to provide relief for the primary caregiver.
